Full offsite plan implies that all the project activities (including business analysis, requirements, collection, etc.) are performed remotely. Both parties stay at their locations and we communicate by means of phone, video conference, instant messengers, emails, etc.

Less time. Usually, it takes time to organize visits to the customer's site.
